Hello Friends,  As we enjoy these last few days of summer, I wanted to remind everyone that the Military Support Group of NJ Inc. will meet next week Thursday, Sept. 9^th for our 6th Year Anniversary meeting!  (The MSGNJ was started back on September 9^th 2004.)   Please come on out, bring a friend or family member to see what we are all about.  Cake will be served! Coffee starts at 6:30pm and Meeting promptly at 7pm.

We are already starting to get ready for the Holiday Care Packages, which will ship out to our troops in November.  Each box will contain 30 to 40 small wrapped gifts for each platoon, candy, Christmas cards and a Santa Hat.    We are looking for NEW DVD movies (no war movies please, comedy is great),   NEW CDs of Music (any type),  NEW decks of UNO and similar card games, yoyos, harmonicas, etc.,  NEW Dominos,       NEW small paperback books, etc.   Please ask your family, friends, co-workers or church friends to help with these gifts.   You can bring the items to the meeting already wrapped in holiday paper or we’ll wrap them as we pack them up in November.  Thank you!

Please come out and welcome home Senior Airman Greg Gablin from serving in Iraq. Greg graduated from Clearview Regional High School. He is currently enrolled at Gloucester County College to major in business.

Greg just came home from serving in Iraq. He is with the Air National Guard out of Macguire AFB. He is with the 108^th Civil Engineering.

His family is holding a welcome home party at the above address. The Warrior Watch Riders, Sewell Police and Fire Departments are going to “crash” the party and make a huge fuss over him. He will receive a welcome home and some presentations. The WWR will be rallying at 4:45pm near by. You can quietly await their arrival to the hero’s home at the above address. The bikers, police and fire trucks should arrive around 5:30pm.

Please come out to welcome home Sgt. Daniel Miner.

Daniel served 2 tours in Iraq. 

He was a squad leader for the 3^rd Dic. 187^th Infantry and the Screaming Eagles 101^st Airborne Division. 

He completed his 8 year obligation with the US Army and was honorably discharged from the Army in May 2010. 

He will be picked up at his home and escorted to the Atco Pavilion, where all are invited to thank him for his service and welcome him home.

Calling all patriotic people to come out and make some noise and make it clear to Dan that we are grateful to him for his service.

Founder Coming to Our Area

The founder of the “Honor and Remember Flag”, George Lutz, who will be presenting his mission statement tour Across America-5 months, 50 states, 17,000 Miles, promoting the beautiful Honor and Remember Flag Bill H.R. 1034, will be making NJ one of the stops. He will be in NJ for 2 days, June 9^th in Cherry Hill and June 10^th in Trenton. 

The Warrior Watch Riders are escorting Mr. Lutz and Judi Tapper from the Atco Pavillion at the War Memorial, to the American Legion in Cherry Hill NJ. We would like to form a flag line outside of the American Legion for the arrival of Mr. Lutz and Judi Tapper in honor of this wonderful cause.

Please come out with at 3×5 flag and stand the flag line with us. 

Please try to be there no later than 6:30pm.
