Dear Friends,

   As many of you know, we are now an official Non Profit organization, a 501(c) (3).    Charitable monetary donations can be accepted and are used to purchase items for our deployed military, ship care packages overseas, ship out handmade blankets & clothing to our wounded in Germany, Iraq & Afghanistan, and to help military families with groceries, clothing etc.
 
  We are well aware that at this time the economy is challenging but we are fortunate that so many people still want to support our military troops and their families.   We are currently trying to formulate some fund raising activities to help support the costs to keep our organization afloat.  We are also hoping at some point to find grants or corporate funding.
 
  On Average, it costs between $12 – $16 to ship one care package and we have 8 pages of names & addresses of currently deployed men & women.

  In the fall, we will be working on our Christmas/Holiday packages that we send out every year filled with wrapped presents, cards and candy for each military person (on our list) & their platoon.
 
  This is to ask for your help…… we desperately need some funding.  Any amount is greatly appreciated. (three people giving $5 enables us to ship one package). 
 
-   If anyone wants to give a donation, corporate or private, your donation is tax deductible. Checks should be made out to: MSGNJ Inc. or your can donate right on our web site using the paypal donation button that is safe and secure.

-   If anyone knows of a local business that may want to donate to help our troops and for a charitable write-off, please let us know or please pass along our information.

-   If anyone knows of any large corporations, with a contact name and address,  that we may ask for a corporate donation, we would greatly appreciate that info.
